Tagliolini with salmon
Ingredienti per 4 persons 400 gr di tagliolini
150 gr smoked salmon
1 clove garlic
1 lemon
1 cup of single cream
30 gr butter
Salt, freshly ground white pepper
Preparazione Heat the butter in a saucepan and flavour with the garlic clove; tranfer to a large pot and remove the garlic.
Heat the pot and add the cream, the chopped salmon, a little grated lemon rind (only the yellow part), a pinch of salt and mix with care.
In the meantime boil the tagliolini in salted water, drain when “al dente” and transfer to the pot with the salmon sauce.
Mix for a few minutes over the heat, add a little more butter if necessary and some freshly ground pepper.
