Ingredienti per 4 persons 240 g maccheroncini
400 g fresh peas
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
60 g butter
salt and pepper
Preparazione Shell the peas.
Put half the butter in a large saucepan, add the peas, salt and cook for about 20 minutes till they are cooked but firm.
Cook the maccheroncini in boiling salted water until "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite), drain and put into the saucepan with the peas.
Add the Parmesan cheese, the chopped parsley, the rest of the butter and the pepper. Mix well and serve
