Spaghetti alla carbonara


Ingredienti per 4 persons
280 g spaghetti
80 g bacon
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated pecorino cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon oil
1 garlic clove
salt and black pepper

Preparazione
1. Cut the bacon into 6 mm cubes.
2. Put the oil, the crushed garlic and the bacon cubes in a small saucepan and brown for 3 minutes over a low heat, then remove the garlic.
3. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain when "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite).
4. Put the two eggs, salt, pepper, the two grated cheeses into a hot serving dish and mix well together.
5. Pour the cooked pasta into the serving dish.
6. Season the pasta with the bacon cubes and their cooking oil, mix well and serve
