Spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper


Ingredienti per 4 persons
500 g spaghetti
3 dl oil
½ chili pepper
5 garlic cloves
lots of parsley
salt

Preparazione
Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves, put them in a large frying pan with oil and brown them a little.

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut it into strips, add to the garlic and fry a little for 2 minutes over a very low heat.

Cook the spaghetti in abundant boiling salted water, drain when "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite) and transfer to the frying pan.

Add the chopped parsley, stir and sauté the pasta over a high heat for a few minutes.

Arrange the spaghetti in the serving dish and serve immediately.
