Paglia e fieno - Straw and hay
Ingredienti per 4 persons 200 g yellow tagliolini
200 g green tagliolini
40 g butter
1.5 dl cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese salt
Preparazione 1. Cook the yellow and green tagliolini together in boiling salted water.
2. Cook till "al dente" (tender but firm to the bite) and drain well.
3. Put the butter, cream and a little salt in large saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Pour the tagliolini into the pan, add the Parmesan, stir over a high heat for 2 minutes and serve immediately.
