Tortillas


Ingredienti
300 g of pre-cooked maize flour
200 g of “0” soft wheat flour
150 ml of lukewarm water
1 spoonful of salt


Preparazione
Measure the ingredients in the Misurone, pour them into the mixer, add the salt and mix for 4/5 minutes.
Take the dough out, cover and let it rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Fit the Roller 220 accessory and run one part of the dough through repeatedly till the sides of the pasta fill out the full width of the rolls.
Lay the dough on a floured surface and place the Pizz@Round accessory in the centre. Press it downwards and rotate it at the same time by 120° to get a circle of dough.
Cook the tortillas in a pre-heated pan a few seconds each side till golden brown. Add your preferred topping.
If you wish to keep them, roll them while still warm in foil and keep in a dry place.
