Biscuits


Ingredienti
500 g of “0” soft wheat flour
250 g of sugar
250 g of butter or margarine
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of milk
3 egg yolks
flavourings as preferred
(for instance: vanilla, anise, rum, almonds, etc.)


Preparazione
Mix the egg yolks and the sugar in a bowl and then add the butter (previously melted in a bain-marie) and the milk.
Measure the flour up to the level required in part 1 of the Misurone. Pour into the machine adding the salt and the flavourings and mix for 12/15 minutes. At the end the dough must be soft and homogeneous.
To shape the biscuits you can use the Marcato Biscuits® accessory with which 20 different shapes can be created.
Put the biscuits on a previously buttered baking sheet (do not cover the baking sheet with greaseproof paper because it would prevent the dough from adhering to the sheet perfectly).
Preheat the oven at 180° C and bake the biscuits for about 20 minutes. Once baked, get the sheet out of the oven and let it cool. Remove the biscuits and decorate as required.
